Henry Schmidt Sr. was a son of Conrad Schmidt, grandson of Dietrich Schmidt Sr., great grandson of Friedrich Schmidt, 2xgreat grandson of Johannes Schmidt Jr., 3xgreat grandson of Johannes Schmidt Sr., 4xgreat grandson of Hans Heinrich Schmidt, and 5xgreat grandson of Hans Schmidt.
